Please DO NOT return any merchandise with out first contacting us! You may reach us through e-mail or by calling us at 1-888-901-5646. All requests for returns will be answered promptly!

Jewelry:  All jewelry has a thirty day money back guarantee against defects. 

Lamps, Quilts and Kitchen Gifts: If you receive an incorrect item or if item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving item in order to return it free of charge. Product will be exchanged for a correct or undamaged product.  Otherwise, these items are non returnable.

Refused Delivery Items: Please be sure that if you are sending an item from our store as a gift that you let the receiving party know that a package is coming to avoid additional charges for refused delivery.
